Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop/curate posts, videos, graphics; manage content calendars; schedule posts for optimal times.
  • Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments/DMs, foster positive engagement, manage online reputation.
  • Strategy & Campaigns: Assist in developing strategies, plan/execute simple campaigns/contests, and identify trending topics.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and generate reports to inform strategy.
  • Platform Management: Maintain profiles, understand platform-specific trends (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels), and use relevant tools (HootsuiteSprout Social).
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing/design teams to ensure brand consistency. 
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management/digital marketing.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of major platforms (IG, FB, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills; ability to adapt tone.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics (Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with scheduling tools, basic graphic design (Canva), and paid social (Meta Ads).
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to ideate and solve problems. 
What’s Expected for 2 Years Experience
  • Independence: Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with less supervision.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Using analytics to make informed content/strategy adjustments.
  • Trend Savvy: Actively applying new trends and features to campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Running small-to-mid-size campaigns from start to finish.
